S2E Transformation Inc. Founder and Managing Director, Whynde Kuehn, will be delivering a workshop and lecture during the upcoming Iowa Business Analyst Development Day (IBADD), a premier conference for Business Analysts in the state of Iowa and beyond. Join this community for the two-day event of education and hands-on learning on May 9 and 10, 2019.  The content will not only include the Business Analyst discipline, but also education tracks to promote skill development for practitioners or interested professionals in business architecture, project management, quality assurance, and leadership.

  • A Business Architecture Conversation: What, Why and How – This interactive presentation will facilitate dialogue and provide a comprehensive overview of the key concepts of business architecture. Also includes are common FABAQs (Frequently Asked Business Architecture Questions), what business architecture is and isn’t, why it is important, how it is used, where it fits within an organization, and how to establish a successful business architecture practice.

  • From Zero to Business Architecture: Accelerating and Using Business Blueprints – This workshop will provide participants with a tried and true method to quickly build a base business architecture, which may be leveraged in a variety of different ways for business value. Participants will have an opportunity to practice building a business architecture baseline, including capabilities, information and value streams. The lecture will conclude with a discussion of practical business usage scenarios in which business architecture may be applied.

  • The Gateway to Organizational Agility – As organizations increase their pace of delivery and adaptation to change, efficiency and effectiveness are more important than ever before – from strategy through execution. This talk will focus on the role of business architecture as the gateway to enterprise agility, and the critical role it plays across the end-to-end strategy execution life cycle. Various success stories will be shared as well as guidance on practical next steps and key conditions for success.
