Business architecture industry experts and BAA founders Whynde Kuehn and William Ulrich offer a series of business architecture mini-course offerings. The September 2021 series offering consists of 6 courses and is now open for registration.
The courses will be offered in 3.5 hour time slots, from 8:00 – 11:30 am PST / 11:00 am – 2:30 pm EST / 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm CET. The engaging format provides real-time, online lecture/presentation with live Q&A interaction, led by Business Architecture Associates’ founders and principal instructors, Whynde Kuehn and William Ulrich. Special discounts are available for an individual package of 3 or more courses. Discounts are also available per course for a corporate package of 3 or more attendees from the same organization.
Each of the 6 courses cover a key topic that will help you to take the discipline to the next level, including translating strategy (7 September), building a baseline with reference models (9 September), establishing a knowledgebase (14 September), leveraging business architecture with agile methodologies (16 September), establishing a business architecture team (21 September), and driving IT architecture and software design (23 September).
